Desklance uses powerful mySQL full text searching functions to provide accurate information on related topics in the database.
Your clients can view printable versions, bookmark the articles or even comment on them and provide their input.
Ticket Submission
Unlike other helpdesk solutions that require your clients to register to submit a ticket, Desklance provides an easy-to-use interface from which your clients can submit a ticket without going through cumbersome registration processes.
You can also specify additional fields and ask the user for additional information, all such information is stored along with the ticket.
Ticket List
Desklance assigns a unique Ticket Id and Tracking number to each request received and clients can login using their Email and Tracking number, once logged in they are presented with an easy to use ticket listing and can check the status of all previously submitted tickets.
